Communication can be hard! Disagreements, entrenched anger, stony silences. We’ve all been there. Do you wish you could initiate a difficult conversation and get satisfying results? Do you sometimes feel you aren’t being heard? In this class you’ll learn the basic skills of Compassionate Communication (also called Nonviolent Communication). You will learn tools to navigate the tricky and frustrating conversations that can occur with family members, friends, and co-workers.

This course will be quite engaging and interactive. As we think about how we can communicate to meet the needs of all involved, our understanding of ourselves and others deepens which brings healing and peace.
