Doug Horstmann will present.

Retired President and CEO of Dubuque Bank and Trust and Executive Vice President of Lending at Heartland Financial, has over 36 years of banking experience. In his current role, Doug is responsible for the general oversight of all banking operations for Dubuque Bank and Trust. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Dubuque and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drake University, Doug has been with DB&T since 1980. In his free time, he enjoys staying involved with the community as a Board Member for the University of Dubuque, Dubuque Racing Association and Dubuque Initiatives (current President).
