As a child, her parents made the decision to raise their children as vegans. As far back as she can remember, she’s had a passion for living and promoting a healthy lifestyle. She has taken personal experience and research on health and turned that into a small meal catering business. “As my business grows, I feel fortunate to help those I come into contact with. It feels good to share my story and knowledge in relation to food as a means to help lead a healthy and productive life.”
